Precision Wall Tech is a privately held, woman-owned painting and wall-covering commercial contractor located at enterprise zone Ward 8 in Washington DC with CBE Certification (LSDZ1335310211), SWAN (661293) and MBE/DBE (00-212). Incorporated in 1984, the company specializes in finishing high-end interiors for firms in the retail, medical, government, legal, hospitality, and commercial building market. Our management team has a combined total of over eighty years of technical experience in the painting and wall-covering business. All field personnel are OSHA 30 certified, CPR/First Aide certified and drug tested. The company teaches the Painting apprenticeship program in conjunction with ABC Metro Washington and the District of Columbia Apprenticeship Counsel.
In addition to providing high-quality commercial painting, the company is the exclusive dealer in the Washington metro area for Accutrack Fabric-Wrapped Panel Systems, a highly aesthetic and effective noise reduction product that is assembled and installed on site to the client’s specifications. Precision Wall Tech also installs many wall-coverings, specialty finishes and custom finishes including: Korogard and Acrovyn protective wall surfaces, Walltalkers, Wood Veneer wallcovering, specialty coatings including Scuffmaster, Zolatone, Duraplex, and Polomyx and custom finishes including Murals and Faux Finishes (wood graining & Marbling). We also are certified in AD Firefilm “intumescent” paint as well as other industrial coatings.
As a result of its commitment to high quality and client satisfaction over the past 25 years, Precision Wall Tech has been term contractor for well-known firms as Fannie Mae, OCC and the Hogan & Harston Law firm. The Company has won numerous awards for outstanding performance from leading general contractors on a variety of projects such as Subcontractor of the Year from Turner. It has also won awards for high quality workmanship including several times the Associated Builders & Contractors Painting Subcontractor of the Year Award and twice the Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award for Specialty Finishes.
